Human Resources Management is an integral part of management, which is associated with the human resources of an organization. 

The functions of Human Resources Manager are mentioned below:

v Organizational development

v Maintaining good human relations, compensation packages

v Recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, policy   recommendation, salary, and benefits

v Talent acquisition and their retention, training, development

v Wellness of employee 

v  Contributing in team building, employee relations and leadership

The prime objective of HRM is to maintain better human relations in the organization through development, application and evaluation of policies and procedures relating to human resources to optimize their contribution towards the realization of organizational goals.

The functions of HR managers include recruiting, hiring, training, organization development, communication, mentoring, coaching, performance management, policy recommendation, salary and benefits, team building, employee relations, and leadership.  The HR manager of a company remains in touch with the employees since their joining to resigning or leaving the organization. Apart from it, handling all paper-works related to the hiring or firing of employees. Assessing performance reviews and assisting management in establishing a way of assistance at all duty stations for employees who have gone through the experience of discrimination;  providing support to people directly involved in such issues and providing guidance to committees investigating discrimination or other related complaints.  Bringing people and organization together and making both acts towards achieving one defined objective.  Human Resources Manager endeavors to create an atmosphere where people from across the culture, background, and ethnicity feel comfortable.  HR manager frames policies and provides inputs about the employees and their works to employees.  Sometimes HR department conducts surveys to get valuable feedback from employees. By his intelligence and diplomacy, one can become a successful HR Manager.
