ambitious and talented but frequent jobs change sometimes prove fatal for them.
They are impulsive kinds of people.

their careers. They are articulate enough about the steps they have to take to
get to the career level they desire. They are strategists and make out and
chalk out the plan before landing it on the practical ground. Sometimes they have higher ambitions than
what they eventually manage to reach. Such kinds of employees are courageous,
confident, and visionary.
Hobbyist: Such kinds of employees consider their job
to be a hobby. They are more interested in personal development outside of work
and do not participate in the race of competition. They often form good employees but lack the serious commitment to the job. They remain generally away from politics and diplomacy and are quite interested in maintaining good relations with
their colleagues.
