  •  Owner’s scheduling
  •  Lack of controlling
  • Frequent turn-over  of employees
  • Disorder in organization

The decision of hiring an HR Manager depends upon many factors, these are  as an organization, its size, needs, controlling, and schedule of the owner.  It is up to the owner of an organization to decide whether it has become necessary for him to hire an HR Manager for his organization.  With the growth of business, the owner has to take decisions to raise the revenue of his organization to grow.  If an owner has to spend his much time in reading resumes, checking references, holding interviews, placing advertisement on the internet or newspapers, managing health insurance problems and other benefits provided to the employees and  planning out to retain the talent in the company.  If an owner has to do much paperwork in regard to recruiting, training, and mentoring the employees and it is creating hurdles in the path of growth of an organization or in another way it is affecting the company’s revenue then it can be said that the organization must hire an HR person who will deal with all these and many more issues by using his expertise and knowledge.   The HR person is to be hired when the organization grows and finds itself unable to cope with human resources and their existing needs or in other terms, they are not able to handle them properly.  In the present scenario, when wide and rapid transformation is taking place in our world and commercial activities are not free from them, employees are constantly in touch with the emerging opportunities in various fields.  In such circumstances, the HR manager can play effective role in the advancement of the organization.  The HR manager may find innovative ways to motivate employees.  He takes care of employee’s affairs. He may give expert advice to the employer or owner to make policy. He works as a facilitator between employees and employers.
