As we know the winter season has come and it's time for shopping with the winter fruits and vegetables.Without the knowledge of the fruits and vegetables that should be taken by us not possible. Here a list of some fruits and vegetables. They are as follows:


1. APPLE

As we all know that an apple is a fruit that we can buy from our market in any season. It is also easily available in the market. And its cost is not much and can be easily affordable by everyone. It is also rich in antioxidants and they also help our heart from heart diseases.


 2. Citrus Fruits

These fruits contain oranges, lemons, tangerines, limes, and grapefruit. Oranges are rich in vitamin C; hence, eating oranges in winter may prevent the common cold. These fruits are a good source of fiber. These can also be available to your nearest market. With a much reasonable cost.


 3. Pomegranates

These are a good source of vitamins, protein, fiber, potassium, and folate. They boost your immune system. It also thins our blood and hence lowers blood pressure. It too helps in our digestion.


 4. Strawberry

Harvesting of  strawberry is a popular winter activity as people loves it a lot.
Being juicy and small it can be liked by anyone. It can be easily available in your nearby malls. It also helps our skin by giving antioxidants that help our skin is looking more younger and it also increases our immunity.


5. Carrot

If anyone loves carrot then this is very important for him as being a good source of vitamin B, C, D, E, and K. We can eat it raw as well as cooked.


6. Onion 

Being very healthy it is also a very healthy effect on our body especially in winters as they fight with cold, cough, ear-aches, fever and also fights with skin problems.
